I love my friends, obviously, or they wouldn't be my friends. I am super picky about who I let into my life. Most likely because of people that have hurt me in the past. But whenever I make friends, it's usually for life (with the exception of one in the past few years).
Kelli-
I love Kelli! She is so super fun and outgoing, but at the same time, down to earth. Her and I have been friends since 5th grade. Even though she lives in Vegas, I still consider her my BFF. We don't talk often as our schedules conflict; she works nights at a hospital as an RN, so she sleeps during the day. Her and I were the more mature ones out of our group I think. lol She is super intelligent and so much fun. All my Vegas memories are with her. We tore up that town (all before we were even 18!) haha! Our Prom date was so fun, too! She went with Dave. I went with Zach. Although Prom itself wasn't that fun, our date and hanging out was fantastic! I miss you, Kells!
Misty-
This girl is so much fun. Most of my memories from 6th grade on have her in them. She is a good person and cares so much for other people. We are so different yet so much the same. People always wonder how the hell we were the best of friends when we are so different. She is religious, I am not. She is used to and likes the small town life. I live in the city and love to travel. The list goes on and on. But somehow we were and are so close. I miss my Matay so much! I wish we could see each other more often, but I don't want to go down to Richfield and she doesn't come up this way. WTF?? Love you, Misty!
Audree-
We were BESTIES in 4th and 5th grade. Then we grew apart and things (and people) change. I still love this girl to death and am glad we don't live TOO far away from each other. Unfortunately it's just far enough where it's a pain in the ass to try and hang out. She is still super funny (and perverted) lol lol which makes it all that much more fun cuz our minds think the same way. She's one of the only ones I can be so open and silly with. Miss you, Auts!
Melissa-
I LOVE this woman! She is such a super woman. Really. Her and I were inseparable in middle school. When she moved I was so sad. We didn't end up staying in touch for very long but I think it was only because we were so young and life just got too busy. She found me on facebook a couple years ago and we met up at Barnes and Noble to chat. I was so excited to see her! It was so much fun! Again, she is a busy woman and we don't get together as often as I would like, but that's life! She lives down the street from me and we play when we can. Her son isn't too much older than Collin and I just love that kid! He is so sweet and polite. Just the kind of kid I want Collin to hang out with. : ) She is a great mom and friend and I am so glad we met again in this life. Love ya, Melis! You are an amazing lady!
I have other friends.. mostly my sister-in-laws. I love them all so much! They have welcomed me into their family with open arms from day one and we all get along so well. I love them! They all know what I think about them. ; ) They are all great and all such individuals. Great women, friends, sisters, daughters and Aunts. LOVE YOU, Merilee, Marcee, Mindee, & Mikee!
I love my brother-in-law, Marshall, too. He is such a cool guy. I consider him a great friend as well. We have so much in common and Collin just adores him. Thanks for being such a good Uncle, friend, brother and son! You rock, Marshy!

Holy pregnant. This post got me all emotional. Weird. :) You are so sweet, and I want you to know that the kind words you always say about me are never forgotten. You make me feel so special.
ReplyDeleteI am SO glad that I found you on facebook a few years ago. I will never forget when we met up with each other again, and how fun it was! You are such a great person, and a great mom! I wish it were summer so we could go have some pool days! Lol! Love you sweetie!
P.S. Can you imagine how busy my life is going to be with FOUR kids! AH!!! Lol. I'm excited!
