A Habit You Wish You Didn't Have....
CAFFEINE!
It is SO hard for me to cut the caffeine. It's like a vice for me, really. I guess it's more of an addiction than an actual habit.
If I am stressed, I grab a soda.
Happy... Grab a soda.
Tired... Grab a soda.
I guess it's better than some of the other vices people out there have, but I know it's still harmful. Too much of a good thing can be bad!
I love PEPSI and DR. PEPPER. Mmmm. Sometimes I crack one open around 9am. Bad Mallory! Bad!
I RARELY purchase packages of soda just so it isn't in the house, but that just means I go out at some point in the day to buy one. I have one every day. If I ever do buy it at the store, I buy the small cans or small bottles, so I trick myself into thinking it's ok.
Especially now that I am prego I wish more than ever I could quit. I just can't. I crave Pepsi.. really. Grr! It's got a hold on me! lol
