Well, in response to all of you wondering what the hell is going on with the creep above me:

HE LIVES THERE!

That's right... He lives above me. I went to the office yesterday and filed a complaint. I told them the whole story. I told them how scary/creepy/nasty/weird/odd/strange/murder-y he was. They freaked out. I freaked out when they said he lives there. She has NO CLUE who the lady was that was there. I mean, the guy is in his thirties. The lady was in her 80's. There is no way it could have been his mom or something, right? She was just so nice and sweet and tiny. But the condo is in his name and he OWNS it, so he's not leaving any time soon. (dammit)

I suppose I blew the whole situation out of proportion, but if you read my story, then you probably would have thought something along the same lines. His truck is even creepy...like 'The Hills Have Eyes' creepy. Missing bumper, no license plate, wires hanging out, rusty...

UGH!!!

They sent him a First Offense letter and if he gets another complaint, he has to pay $25, second offense is $50 and 3rd offense $75. After that, a police report gets filed against him. After telling the whole story to the office, they told me if he is noisy any more that I should just call the authorities since he's so gross (I added the gross part) hahaha. I planned on it last night, but I guess after receiving the first offense, he decided to shut the EFF up! I heard him for a minute last night, but the night was actually nice. We all slept (with one eye open, mind you) for the first time in 3 nights.

I still want to know what all the racket was. It was so weird. No rhyme or reason to the madness. And why the hell couldn't he start being curteous and quiet when I went up and asked? Why did it take him having to get a warning letter to do so?

I hate people. He's a big A-Hole. He also doesn't leave his house during the day so he is literally above me ALL day which is creepy to me.

Anyway... you all were worried for no reason. I just think it was and is so weird that the lady was there for 3 weeks with no sign of this guy then she's all of a sudden gone after some altercation and some strange-ass guy is in 'her' place. ?????? And he's banging and slamming and stompin around. Geez... Sorry. It's like the boy that cried wolf. When it turns out he is a murderer, no one will believe me!
